About the Role
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Coach to become a part of our team!  In this role, you will:
Work directly with clients in recovery.
Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Residential Treatment Plans.
Provide support and guidance to the residents.
Ensure that the house, grounds, equipment, and vehicles are safe and in working order.
Engage residents in meaningful activities that address the goals in their Individualized Residential Treatment Plans.
Protect the rights of each resident in the house.
Supervise and assist the residents in daily living activities.
Assure that appropriate coverage is maintained 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Consult with supervisors and specialists as appropriate in order to assist in the implementation of the resident’s Individualized Residential Treatment Plan.
Attend meetings as necessary.
Prepare documentation and reports as needed.
Requirements
Associate degree
3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
First Aid and CPR certified
Mental Health First Aid certified
Experienced in drug testing procedures
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
